WHERE WE'RE LOOKING?

 

While we are always looking for the right facility no matter where it is located, our current focus is on the northeast Indiana market. We are actively searching in and around the Fort Wayne, Indiana area and outlying areas that are no more than about 2 hours away.

HOW WE DO IT?

 

Tangerine Enterprises uses a combination of internal capital, money from private investors, and money from retirement accounts to fund our acquisitions. In addition, we leverage relationships with lenders who are familiar with and have expressed a desire to lend within the self-storage arena. This includes local lenders as well as resources from the Small Business Administration. Seller financing is always a great way to defer some of the gains as well as continue to enjoy interest cash flow after the sale of your facility.​
